WHAT IS THE TIMELINE OF MY PROJECT?
The timeline depends on the scale and complexity of your project. Once the design is finalised, we provide a clear outline of stages - design development, documentation, procurement, and installation. We coordinate closely with your contractor or project manager to align with the construction program.
HOW DO WE MANAGE THE PROJECT BUDGET?
We prepare specifications and finishes schedules tailored to your budget. During procurement, we obtain pricing for specified products and keep you updated with cost breakdowns, so you have full transparency before anything is ordered.
HOW INVOLVED WILL I NEED TO BE IN THIS PROJECT?
You’ll be involved in key approvals, design reviews, and selections, but we handle the detail. We manage procurement, delivery, and coordination with your contractor, so the process feels smooth and efficient for you.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I WANT TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE DESIGN DURING THE PROJECT?
Changes are possible, but they can impact cost and timing. We’ll discuss the implications with you, update drawings or specifications as needed, and coordinate with your contractor to make sure adjustments are managed seamlessly.
DO YOU HANDLE ALL THE NECESSARY STATUTORY APPROVALS SUCH AS PLANNING?
We don’t lodge planning or building consent applications directly, but we are in partnership with a licensed LBP who can manage this. We also collaborate with your selected architect, contractor, or project manager if approvals are required. For interior projects, approvals are often minimal, though we’ll advise you if a licensed LBP is needed.
HOW DO YOU CONTROL THE QUALITY OF THE WORK?
We stay involved through procurement, delivery, and on-site coordination. By working with trusted suppliers and liaising with the builder during installation, we ensure that the fit-out reflects the design intent and maintains a high standard of finish.
